CJ was overall an amazing realtor to work with. My husband and I found out that we were expecting our first child and wanted to buy a home quickly. From the very beginning CJ tried his very hardest to find us the perfect home. We knew he had our best interest in mind and was always very attentive. He was very professional but also made me feel very comfortable. We ended up finding the perfect home with him, and I couldn’t be any happier. I would recommend him to any one of my friends or family, he really did a great job as our realtor.

Charles Agrillo, known as CJ, had a deep local knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile for us. Because we were managing the sale from a distance, these assets were critical in our decision to choose him as our broker.

He has a very professional attitude. I knew I would hear from him if there was any aspect of the selling process he thought I needed to know about. His local knowledge paid off on several occasions as we prepared for the final sale.

CJ was honest and aggressive in trying to sell my home

I found CJ through a work friend who had a great experience with him. She was previously in a similar situation as myself which is being a young, single woman buying for the first time. I was assured CJ would treat me like family when helping me find the right place and especially trusting him to not pressure me or steer me in the wrong direction.

I don't think I ever once called CJ without him answering the phone right away. I don't know how he does it! It was as if I was his only client. Also, I am a very polite and shy person and needed someone like CJ who served as a great advocate and determined negotiator.

Broker was on top of everything and kept me informed every step of the way, including letting me know of the items I needed to take care of relative to canceling utilities, etc, so I didn't incur unnecessary expenses. Broker explained his pricing strategy and how it would yield the best price for me. He was spot on. Not only was the house sold within two weeks, but was subject to no contingencies and sold at market price.

Really kept on top of everything and clearly understood the local market and pricing strategies. Otherwise the house would not have sold so quickly and at the price we wanted and subject to no inspection, etc. The house needed significant work, which we accounted for when setting the asking price. In the end, when you look at the asking price, plus what would have been the cost of the improvements, we did better than what other comparable houses in a similar location sold for in Belmont.
